Hi,
Great find. One of the best benchtop mills around but rare... i wish they still make them!
I believe you are missing the CNC control unit (Cortini CNC 2437), without it you will need something like Mach3 to run programs and the steppers.
Generally the Zebotronics stepper drives can be wired for other controllers (you can still find info on the internet about Zebotronics Stepper Drives) but you will need a modern breakout board unless you really good in electonic PCB.
I do have some electrical diagrams for the L300.
Regards
Marco
Look s nice is it ISO spindle ?

Hi,
Thanks for all posts,
I have available as well Cortini CNC 2437 part. I guess, is time to change system e.g. to MACH3 and similar....Regarding electronic- My intention is completelly to change. Current-not workable electronic parts belong to (pre)history...
By the way, I used for my first machine gravos system:www.C-N-C.cz ? Zobrazit téma - CNC model
But firstly I need to provide mechanical inspection-therefore will be great when somebody support me with mechanical documentation. Till yet I have not success with finding...
Yes /Ja one(looks like) ISO spindle G30 was in the machine. No more tools, parts belong to delivery= I need investigate next available parts/tools.

Did you find the information you were looking for on the Mechanica Cortini L300? I have one of these machines and it is the best little desktop mill ever made. I have a complete operator's manual with electrical schematics if you need it.
Hi, I also found a Cortini L300 for sale. Didn't find much information on the net about this machine.
Is there something particular to look for when buy this machine?
How hard is it to find emplacement when something breaks or need replacement when worn out?+
How big is the working surface, x, y, z?
pioplastic: tried to send you a PM, but look like you have disabled this option. Could you please send med the manuals and electrical schematics?
Or of anybody else have these please share them.
Thanks in advance!
Could you please send me the operators with the electrical schematic L300. Ive been looking for it unsuccessfully for over two years. How can we go about that.
Hello,
After long time I finally can go ahead with refurbishment L-300CNC.
I decide to change whole electronic, nevertheless are still operative. When somebody needs, all elements/ transformer, power source, drivers/printed circuits/ are available.
I still try to find documentation for L-300 CNC. - Mainly mechanical drawings/assembly/disassembly, spare parts summary. Somebody can help?
Attached scan L300 standard (no CNC!), for instance…
Attachment 313922
I have a complete documentation package for the L-300 CNC mill. The file is 12mb in size and too large to post here. Send me your email address and I will send it to you.

Hi!
Yesterday I bought one of these machines as well. It looks and feels really great. However all documentation is missing and I need to tinker a bit with the electronics as well as some mechanical maintenance.
It has tool change, a system for central lubrication and hydraulic feet for leveling/adjusting height of the whole machine stand.
I’ll probably convert it to Mach 3 and I hope to be able to keep the drives and motors. Therefore I would very much appreciate if you could send me the documentation package as well.
Hi Morriz,
Send me your email address ([email protected]) and I will send over the documentation. The documentation has the information and wiring for the tool changer. I also have the documentation for the stepper drives and motors. Good Luck! I think you will really like this machine.
Pioplastic
Hi pioplastic.
Do you still have documentation for the Cortini l-300? I'll be very glad if you also could send me what you have :-) I'm struggling with tool changer that will not move.
Best regards
Mikael
