If you haven't got your order in already, you might be waiting a bit longer than you anticipate. It's more than two years since they started taking orders and have shipped less than 100 units. They have taken orders for thousands.
You will be waiting until the backlog has cleared, at least.
If people keep buying the Chinese stuff then they will keep taking over the market. I just don't buy the stuff and then I don't have to deal with wasted time of down equipment and bad
software. Its easy.

So you don't agree with a free market? If people keep buying lasers from China, it's for a reason. They offer something US made lasers don't (or Austrian-made, in the case of Trotec). Certainly for those capable of maintenance they offer a fantastic saving over EU/US machines. And if your needs are other than engraving, they perform as well, if specifications match.
My Chinese made laser, once set up, has never had any down time that I didn't cause. I bought mechanical and electronic spares, but have never used them. Sure, I will need a new tube eventually, but I will be on to another machine by then.
I don't have to buy the stuff free market or not.
But you do feel the need to tell others not to?
You get what you pay for from China: pay rock-bottom, get cheaply-made and problematic. Pay a little more and get a reliable machine. Pay a lot and get the equal of anywhere else.
It's like the rule of two: you can get cheap, reliable, fast - pick two.
Frankly where are you buying your lasers from, if not from China? Trotec is in Austria, ULS and Epilog in US and I do not know of others from the EU?
Anyway I ran into a person who services MRI machines and I can not reveal his company but 95% of the machine is Made in China!
Camera on a laser engraver, yes I wish I would have ordered my Ray Fine fiber with one. Once it learns the target you can just toss the item on the table, right side up of course and the machine will line up to the target automatically.
