Fanuc Series O-T over travel alarm

My lathe won't change to current position after l had moved it physically in both axes and also after having restored memory by hand. Need advice.

    Hi,

Did you restore parameters, if so, when you can't ZERO both axis you have to change
parameter 700 and 701 temporarily from 5000 to 200000, these values or for my machine.
ZERO both axis and change values back to original.

    Regards,
    Heavy_Metal.

The machine is not even moving. Restored memory recently and the machine won't go beyond the software page and l moved it from over travel and its not showing its current position. Maybe its the procedure l used to restore memory thats causing this problem. Have paper back up

Even if l release the E stop nothing changes. I have moved the machine so no axis is in over travel. Am in Zimbabwe and my Machine is a Goodway GCL -3 with fanuc OT controls

Even though the machine has its emergency stop out there is a fault on the 24v circuit on your machine for example another interlock such as headstock guard or possibly a barfeed is causing the alarm
Check you have 24v to the circuit

Had many proximity sensors blown up including the tool setter sensor. Replaced the proximity sensors and eliminates the tool setter as k could not get it. The DC Converter was also blown and replaced it as well. So am getting no short on the 24VDC circuit. So that's his am stuck now
