    I bit the bullet and purchased the KentCNC dust shoe. (works great) Similar to the CNCRP design. They place a 1" - 1.5" brush inside the main brush in some sections to keep it from getting sucked into the cutter or the hose.

    Finally got around to mounting the base board, I ordered a sheet of 5ft wide MDF from a local plywood supplier, only cost me $42.

    I laid out the grid pattern with a chalk line and drilled them with a forstner bit.

    I miss calculated the last row by 1/4 inch, so they do not get bolts.

    That looks really good. The missing bolts probably won't matter. I like the green theme!
