If you are proficient in Mach3, there shouldn't be much of a learning curve with UCCNC. While the settings are a bit different, and in different places, actual machine operation is pretty much the same.

I won’t say I’m proficient with Mach3 but I felt comfortable with it. I’ve been following several threads here and on the UCCNC forum and it seems as most everyone is having good luck with this control system, so I’m not anticipating any major issues. I’ll just ask a lot of questions of all you experienced people here and on their forum. It’s been a couple of years since I had used the old machine so I figure it’ll take a little bit to get back in the swing of things.
