In general config, do you have tool changes set to "Stop Spindle, wait for Cycle Start"?

If you mean after the first tool change, then it's Aspire sending it to the home position. You can change the home position in Aspire, edit the post, or use one of the posts on my website. Now after clicking the message box to start it goes back to home or very close to zero zero any ideas on what I need to do?

It returns to the previous location after going to the fixed plate.
Is that what you are seeing?

Okay, I set up my job center of the table I then click the auto-zero tool change Icon, my spindle moves down to the touch plate on the material. My spindle then moves to the second fixed plate touches the plate and then it move back over the material on the table. The box pops up to start spindle I start my spindle I click the box and then my spindle moves to the home postion and stops not down to start cutting the material.

Do you have g-code loaded?
What is your tool change position set at in the screenset?
The macro ends after it starts the spindle, so I'm thinking it's the g-code?
What happens with no g-code loaded?

I do it with g code loaded I will try it without it loaded.
http://www.cnczone.com/forums/diy-cnc-router-table-machines/140832-cnc-software.html
The tool change position is set at.
Fixed plate X: + 16.963
Fixed plate Y: + 0.341
After zeroing without g code loaded it goes through the routine like normal it stops above material like it should after touching the two plates but No popup box to start spindle just a message in the window below the buttons on the Run screen saying "Material Offset now Caculated in Inches"

The spindle stat option only happens when g-code is loaded.
I think what's happening is your g-code starts running after you click the box to start the spindle, and the machine is moving where the g-code sends it.
