Do you have 240V 3 phase where you are installing the machine?

not only do I have a small rotary phase that I use for the conversional milling
I think you need a 10 HP rotary phase converter and a 240/480, 15 KVA, 3 phase transformer. That would be the easy way to make it work.

Check to see the spec's on the VFD say 480V this is the only part and spindle motor that will need the 480v if it is a 480v machine check the transformer T1 and T2 these can normally be configured for 240V but the VFD and spindle motor wiring may be where you have a problem

That is kind of strange that it has the 230v VFD Drive and 480v on the machine spec's I think someone must of changed it to a 240V machine
The first thing you have to check or do it set the 2 Transformers to the correct Voltage T1 input and T2 input this may already be set for 230v operation seeing it has the low Voltage VFD Drive
Check your Power supply 240v is what NA should be sometimes it is higher or can be lower, what is your supply voltage ???
You then set the T1 and T2 Transformer jumpers to this Voltage if it is not already set
230v setting would be for T1
245v would be for T2 if your power supply is up there in the 240v range
Don't connect your RPC these machines do not like Rotary Phase Convertors

if it is something strange because the vfd is 230v and the spindle motor says 400v
I think the single phase current is 240v I have to measure it to see how much it gives me
the coolant pump is single face 120v
greetings I could not answer but I'm back the voltage in my house is 230v and configure both transformers to 230v and I could turn on the electrical panel without turning on the VFD or the spindler since they are 480v consult with those of Bptparts.com and I They said they were 480v
it's already on but I'm having a problem when I give the drive the enable it is giving me an alarm (Axis Drive Fault) that could be causing this failure

for the spindle and the VFD I will have to install a transformer 208 to 480v
You need to connect your mains Power 230v supply to L1 and L2 then Jumper L1 to L3 this won't run you VFD drive because of the 480v needed but the rest of your machine should run, the transformer may cost a lot as well you may find a 230v VFD Drive that is cheaper, check to see what the spindle motor voltage is it may be 200v to 480v so just changing the VFD may work if the motor wiring can be changed

I did that without connecting the VFD and since everything turned on the spindle motor says on the 400v board, I read something that the axis drive faul alarm is because the vfd is off so it does not let me enable the other drive
Turn the VFD Drive on then it won't hurt the VFD drive may give a low voltage alarm though this way you should be able to check the machine homing Etc.
So if the spindle motor can't be changed for 240v, I don't know how you are going to get 480v 3 ph just for the spindle motor and Drive that will be quite a challenge
