Clearly, I'm not as good as you are Gerry... LOL!
Now that I think about it I believe the couple of times it didn't work was when I was having script and add-on issues with my browser. I usually just paste the link and it works fine.

I too am interested in how you attached your Z-axis cable chain. I could see drilling and tapping holes in the Z carriage plate for the front attachment, but you may have come up with something far slicker. I could also envision something similar at the rear of the fixed riser. A few close up photos with short explanations of how you did it would be great. I'm also curious about the cover over your router. How did you do it, and why did you do it?

If your purchasing the machine from FLA its already installed, the end that goes on the carriage attaches to some pre-drilled holes.
