We have an Amada RG-100 with an NC9-EX controller that was shut down with a lower limit set. Now the bed will no drop all the way down. What is the fix for this?

Usually people leave the ram lock lever on the left side on (down). release the lever. you should have a yellow button on the face of the ram. Ram Lower with amber light. Press and hold button.
That is what we thought it was at first but the lever was up. We tried it anyways and the yellow button does not bring it down. That is why I think it was the lower limit left on.

Press and hold Lower Limit switch in yellow circle. Have some one start hydraulics. Once Hyd are started move ram up and down. You may have mechanical bind. I have seen a piece of sectionalized tooling fall under machine and hold up ram. Could also be valve, or Ram guide rollers. If machine is 100L it is common to side load the ram and get it stuck. You can remove punch holders from left & right side. Use a dial and check ram parallelism, spec is .03mm. We usually make them .02mm at 2 different heights.
A pin slipped out and was wedged keeping it up. Thanks for the help!
