Dear Fiends,
In my Makino A77 with Fanuc 16MB, facing problem during pallet change.
After Input M60 & Cycle ON
On APC operator Panel --
Step 1 -- Pressing "Man P.B ( Input X2.3)"
Step 2 -- "Pressing Pallet Ready P.B ( Input X2.4)
Step 3 -- Again Pressing "Man P.B ( Input X2.3)"

Out Put Y1.0 gets ON for pallet ready to change -- but P/C Manual remain ON
Operator Message -- ALARM NO. 16081 - OPTO - TOUCH P.B. MALFUNCTIONING AT APC OPERATOR STATION

If EMG is pressed & again M60 cycle Run -- Pallet change only once.

All inputs are checked, working OK, PLC parameters checked OK.
But faults observed.

Pl help.

Seems like a Push Button is not set at the pallet station. Usually an operator has to have a Ready button pushed before it will do a pallet change. So either that button is not pushed, and if it is pushed it's not working, or there is a pallet home sensor inside the pallet station not working.

Just some ideas to check into.
