    Yep I have done that with the A pins

    When I swap X and Y outputs from the breakout board to the drivers, the problem ends up on the X axis, so I don't think there is any issue on that side,
    Which makes me think it's a problem around the breakout board

    I wonder can I change the pins coming out of the pc,
    Just so I could rule out any problem with the parallel port,
    As I am not using any of the other pins on the port
    ie, limits

    Hi
    Just found a solution,
    Just had to slave the A axis to the Y axis, so that should be all good now
