Good afternoon.
After uninstalling everything and reinstalling, I tried the Chinese Motion Controller macros and ... WORKS !!!
Therefore, "Mach3Version3.043.062", the latest version of the "NcUsbPod.dll" plugin and Chinese Motion Controller macros, works perfectly.
Thank you very much
I have the below wireless MPG, it works under regular screenset but not the 2010 screenset.

Any tips to get it work Gerry?
Ignore my post above, the wireless MPG started working.
Wanted to ask, how hard would it be to integrate your tool zeroing functions into a different screenset that is more touchscreen friendly?
Like this one?
All you really need to do is hard code the values into the macros that they normally get from the DRO's. And add some buttons. Although you could call the auto zero macros from MDI instead of buttons.

Some feedback after using this screen set for a while.
-I like it a lot!
-When using the edge probing wizard I get a Divide by Zero error instead of an offset, usually when I am very close to perfectly straight. I suspect when the two ends read the same offset than it is 'perfect', in which case an exception in the code would handle it and say 'Perfect' or 'No Offset'.
-While trying for the zillionth time to square my vise with the mill I remembered that there is a command to rotate the coordinate system, G68, which now makes sense. When I use it the main coordinates turn red and zeroing an axis won't actually make it zero. I suspect I need to carefully study how this command affects the other commands. However, it is incompatible with the XY probing wizard and I get an error as soon as I click the XY probing icon then the window immediately closes.
The first item seems really easy to fix, the latter could be a real headache!
I could probably fix this, but I recent;y moved, and don't have a functioning machine to do any testing at the current time.-When using the edge probing wizard I get a Divide by Zero error instead of an offset, usually when I am very close to perfectly straight. You need to zero both the X and Y axis. Doing a quick test in Demo mode, it looks like the coordinates are displayed in the non rotated coordinate system? And jogging is not rotated?-While trying for the zillionth time to square my vise with the mill I remembered that there is a command to rotate the coordinate system, G68, which now makes sense. When I use it the main coordinates turn red and zeroing an axis won't actually make it zero.
Say I rotate the coordinate system 45°, and jog to the right (X+), both coordinates change. Zeroing Y doesn't do anything, because Y hasn't changed. But if you zero X, they both go to zero.
Seems like it's one of the many issue in Mach3, where a feature is only partially implemented?
Any chance you can get a screenshot of the error? I'm only in demo mode here, but I can start the probing wizard here while in G68 mode, and even run the macros with no issues. Might be an issue with your Mach3 installation. However, it is incompatible with the XY probing wizard and I get an error as soon as I click the XY probing icon then the window immediately closes.

Good Morning ger21.
How to use a 3D digitizing Probe at Mach3 2010, to auto level?
I plan to carve on a convex surface, and need to carve the text with an equal depth across the surface.
I used the G Code Ripper, but since I bought the 2010 screenset, I would like to know if it can do that or if I have to continue with the G Code Ripper
Thank you.
Hi,
Just bought 2010 Screenset, using with Mach3 V3.043.066 TC-50M and have used Chinese motion control macros as std ones did not work. But still have issues.
On X+ probing script for example the Probes moves correctly for the first touch, stops on contact then moves to -ProbeD/4, it then moves again to the -Clearance position, while moving the DRO resets to -6 (Clearnace +D/2 which should be final position) the probe then moves to make the 2nd touch at feedrate 2. on touch the probe stays in contact and reports Probe in complete, but the tool is not correctly zeroed.
If I step though the macro in the editor it functions correctly. But if run nIormally it appears to ignore the While IsMoving() and Wend on the 2nd probing and runs to the end before the probing is complete.
I have tried putting in some sleeps to wait for the probing to complete but just freezes the macro and have to reset Mach3 to unfreeze.
Any ideas?

Thanks
Jim
It works with any OS, and was created on an XP machine 10 years ago.

Thanks for the quick response, I downloaded Big Tex's tool setter 3.4 and have it mostly working but after every zero routine my Z crashes to the top limit switch. I have to stop it before the limit. When moving to Park Coordinates it Z raises to limit and crashes, after Zero initial, and when it moves to my fixed plate zero's then raises to z limit. Can't seem to make the Laser off set do anything. I saw something in the thread about a capacitor? In my old autozero routine I designated a safe Z.
No Joy, tried safe Z for all co-ordinates. When back to my 1024 to get a job done, seems like it works fine with M6start from Big tex, i overwrote it by mistake, thought I copied and pasted but not in the folder? Anyway I am now getting the laser zero to work but in the wrong direction if I try to put in negative coordinates it just changes them to positive? Rabbit hole here I come.
