What control Software are you using if it is Mach3 then you need to set the PWM to 100 and check the Breakout Board for any jumpers, not all of these Breakout Boards are the same and some need you to add 12v to get the 0-10v output need to see what Breakout Board you have, if all is correct some VFD Drives can use 0-5v to control the speedOriginally Posted by djmickyg
unforntunatly the AV is only outputting 5v tooshould be 10.
seems to be an issue with some of these generic boards..
might need a pwm signal converter and use the 10v on the spindle controller
