At 400rpm (2000mm/min) the torque figure is almost identical to the Nema23 motor from a similar model line.
When it comes to acceleration though it's a fairly big difference so far.
Haven't got round to do that much testing yet with tuning to find it's stall point.
A little update.
Dumped the X,Y nema34 1080oz motors.
Swapped for nema23 566oz. Kept it as a 60Vdc system.
Rapids up to 2500mm/min (98ipm), very smooth and it could easily do more.
Acceleration went up to a setting of 3000 without issue. Seems limitless atm.

Still not the fastest cutter with it's 3000rpm spindle limit. Should be much better when the servo goes on.
