Well all this pictures are from V7 but as of 2004 this was V9mr0304 release.Here is another good site, it's geared for mc7 I think but some very good info.
but some of it will work but if you were trying to look at the picture and follow that you would be thrown.
But if you tryed to use this site for VX or higher this would not help.

have the dxf dont know how to apply it what toolpath should i use
