I have a Bridgeport Mill that keeps tripping its breaker. The transformer on the machine takes in 240 V and outputs 120 V for the mills spindle motor. The voltage across the two inputs of the transformer is 234 V and the voltage across the two outputs is 120 V.
I then checked the voltage across the inputs and outputs:
138 V across input 1 and output 1
76 V across input 2 and output 2
112 V across input 2 and output 1
198 V across input 2 and output 2
I don't know anything about electronics, does this seem right?
