Hello again, maybe someone has Fanuc servo amplifier schematic/service manual? Board A20B-1003-0090/2. As I understand there is a problem with DC voltage detection after shortening of phases in transformer. DC error Even at much lower supply voltage braking resistor is often turned ON and overheating switching transistor. Suspecting DV46.

The oldest Fanuc 15 control is a A, which is what you have. I have all manuals, most are scanned.
Have you turned the control ON while holding the '7' and '9' keys?

I found B-61213E-2/01 FS15A Connecting manual (BMI Interface) 1988.
and B-61213E-1/01 FS15A Connecting manual (FS3/FS6 Interface) 1988.
In that long passed time those Fanuc manual books was not available in pdf. version.
The manuals was free but you may pay for scan or copy labor of its if you prefered there.
