Try...
PIP >> CN0:, >> WRITE
this should allow any file to be saved as A.MIN in the control, if your settings (& cable) are correct.
...you have to type the file name also to Punch and double check cable.

Which communication program do you use on the PC side?
"Imagination is more important than knowledge."
Hi i use dnd4u
dnc4u ?
All communication settings must be same on PC & OSP side and must give send/start command on pc after sending receive command on osp in the timeout value time
"Imagination is more important than knowledge."
Yes sorry.
This is my settings
I would try to set bit 1 to 0, which responsible for internal / external ready. All the rest can be as they are.
But the very first point is to check the cable. Because this "not ready" message is so strange.
Did you tested the communication via that cable let's say between to PC's with Hercules utility?
Hi i have try this but no change...I´m not sure if i have right pin connected. If i read manual contact show one type and net show different pin. i Try Hercules utility and port com 3 send correct.
...set Data Bit to 7, Parity to Even, Stop Bit to 1, Flow Control to Xon/Xoff.
then,
Sending to the PC Go to the 'Edit/AUX mode', [F3] (PIP), [F2] (Punch), type file name, then [Return] or [Write]
Reading from the PC Go to the 'Edit/AUX mode', [F3] (PIP), [F1] (Read), [Return] or [Write]
If, that does not work....double check Comm Port number on PC by Holding down the Windows Key type R ....a Run window should popup then type "devmgmt.msc" Hit OK then look for Com Port List.for the DNC4U device.

Contact in the picture from Okuma MX45. Which hole is No. 1 ? On the internet, the pin configuration is not the same as on the machine for D25.
Thanks i will try later today.
Do you know how to modify P200 system PLC?
