    Sounds great! Here are links to the indexable 90 Degree ID Chamfer Tool we would recommend to do the 90 degree threads. The only issue I'm seeing is the indexable system has a .008" flat and the print calls out a R.0157" Max, would the flat be ok? Also, I see it is a 5/32" pitch but with the .0157" Radius the .140" width of the insert should work.

    Not the easiest application. A Modified Top Notch could still be a good option, especially at the 1.320" Bore Diameter.
