I have A TNC145 that has a video display issue and/or character generator issue. I have included some Pictures of The board I'm pretty sure the issue is on and what the monitor is doing any help would be appreciated.
And I I've tried a different monitor I bought a new one and it made no difference. I also replaced all of the capacitors in the power supply. I and it helped a lit other issues but did not correct text issue.
