    4/5th axis zero reference

Unsure how to set the zero reference on a tsudakoma TN-131, aif 2/5000,aiA 1000 pulsecoders. Servo CMR, N/M, Ref Counter is set correctly. Verified the bit status for reference/decel sensor for both tilt and rotate axis and also the overtravel limit switches and everything is triggering correctly.

Setting 1815 APCx to 1 and APZ to 0 and power cycling causes the two axis to go into remove/detach mode which sets 0012.7 to 1 and 1005.7 to 1.

Going through the QuickNC to set the origin will zero based on the trigger signal from the axis but won't be the true zero position. I can manually position to the B0 and C0 positions of the axis and set a grid shift to adjust to true zero position but I'm not sure this is the correct way to do this. Do I set the angle difference from the reference trigger with 1240?

Any tips on how to set this right?
