I am working on converting a AXYZ 4008 router to run on a UC300 + c76 board.

I am trying to hook up the drives but have been unable to get any movement.

The existing setup is a 3 wire connection, one wire to PIN1/PIN2, and individual wires to Pins 6/7. Pin 1 = STEP+, Pin 2 = DIR+, Pin 6 = STEP-, PIN7 = DIR-

Attachment 507482

On the c76, I am using the c78 board which is a rj45 output, here are the pinouts:

From the c78, the pins to the driver are:

c78 6410 driver

Pin 2 -> Pin 1
Pin6 -> Pin 2
Pin 4 -> Pin 6 and Pin 7

When powered up, the drive has holding torque. When I use UCCNC to activate the axis, I get 4.7 volts going to the drive signal but again no motion.

Does anyone have experience hooking up to Pacific Industries Drivers? Thanks in advance.
