Exclamation Help Needed: CNC Machine Runtime Error

    Hello everyone,
I'm encountering an issue with my CNC machine and I'm hoping someone here might be able to help. I’ve attached a screenshot for reference.

    Machine Details:
    Model: ULTRASONIC 70-5
    Sinumerik: 840Powerline
Error: Microsoft Visual C++ Runtime Library
    File: EventSvr.exe
Error Message: Runtime Error! Program: F:\MMC2\EventSvr.exe Abnormal program termination

Description: While operating the CNC machine, I attempted to open a file using the path F:\MMC2\EventSvr.exe. Unfortunately, I encountered a runtime error related to the Microsoft Visual C++ Runtime Library, indicating an abnormal program termination. This error prevents me from proceeding with my work.
    Steps I've Taken So Far:
    1. Restarted the Machine: Multiple attempts to restart didn't resolve the issue.
    2. Checked for Corrupt Files: Ensured that all necessary files, including EventSvr.exe and related DLLs (like DispCtrlT0409.DLL, dpdiagbl.ocx, etc.), are present.
    3. New Harddisk: I created a backup and copied all files to a new harddisk with DDKI.
    Screenshot for Reference:

    Questions:
    1. Has anyone encountered a similar issue with the CNC machines or the EventSvr.exe file?
    2. Could this be related to a specific Visual C++ Runtime Library version? If so, which version should I install?
    3. Are there any troubleshooting steps or patches available for this type of error?
    4. Could this issue be related to hardware, or is it purely software-related?

Additional Info: I'm really new to this whole thing and honestly, I don’t know what I am doing. Any guidance or step-by-step instructions would be greatly appreciated.
Any insights, suggestions, or solutions would be greatly appreciated. I’m quite stuck and need to get the machine back up and running as soon as possible.
Thank you in advance for your help!
