    Have you asked Rabbit Laser's tech support about this? https://www.rabbitlaserusa.com/category/Tech-Support If so, what did they say? Do they have updated software that will work with your machine?

    I did ask and they replied with the same software I've used all along. They aren't the best help in the world, but I'll fumble my way through it.
