Hello, I ordered a laser machine from China. They were very helpful with communication etc. Once the machine arrived, parts were missing and the were no instruction manuals or videos for the machine. They will not reply to my emails or anything and I have never set up a laser before so have no idea where everything should go. I have tried finding videos but everything shows factory videos of different machines. I bought it specifically because the compressor and fan said they were internally mounted. Since I have no instructions, where are they supposed to be located. I attached a link of what the machine is and information. It was also sent with the wrong power cord attached.

If anyone has bought one of these, do you have the DVD that was supposed to be supplied?
