I have obtained a copy of the software, however it is protected by HASP/Dongle. So without the hardware Dongle, I'm SOL.

I have ordered a PlazPac 3 ssytem from candcnc.com to retrofit the whole machine and run it with MACH3.

I realise this is an extremely old post, but I'm hoping you can give me some info. I maintain and service an old CRE Plasma cutter for one of my clients, and am looking to retrofit something more modern to control it. I don't know what plasma head it actaully has on it, but I'm interested to know how the PlasPac went for retrofit of this machine. Did you replace the original 3Phase servos with steppers?
What if anything did you have to do to the power control/saftey circuitry?
