HARDINGE T42 BARFEEDER SAMECA BRAND Harmatic 6

Hi, I have an issue that just started last week. When we start the machine in the am, let it warm up a bit, then start cycling using the barfeeeder, the bar feeder drops out after 10 minutes. If we try to reset it right away, nothing, dead. Then after a few minutes we can reset, and it's fine all day. We replaced one electronic plunger for the clamping of the unit. I have also hit E stop a few times, nothing. It finally comes back a few minutes later and all is good.
It's not a huge deal, as it's only a problem for a moment.
    I'm thinking this isn't a rare problem, but I don't know.
Cannot ask Hardinge anything anymore, bankrupt and they now want to charge big bucks for information that I probably can't even use. No one left that knows anything!
    Any input appreciated.

A failing relay or component on the control board might cause the delay.
Once it “warms up,” the issue disappears.
