I have a HY-02D211B VFD (110V 2.2kW Water-cooled) with spindle GDZ-80-2.2B (4).
The motor nameplate: GDZ-80-2,2B (4), 80X238 mm, 2.2kW 15A, 400Hz 24,000 RPM.

The HY-02D211B parameter settings related 110V vs 220V are confusing.

PD006-PD010, PD141-PD144: Proper values for 220V class are straight forward, however the 110V model not so much.

Constant Torque Curve (220V @ 50Hz): 110V @ 60Hz values are not easily interpreted/transposed from the given V/F curve, so . . .
PD006 (Intermediate F) = 2.5; using 3.0 @ 60Hz
PD007 (Min F) = 0.5; using 0.6 @ 60Hz
PD008 (Spindle V) = 220; using 220 / 2 = 110
PD009 (Intermediate V) = 15; using 15 / 2 = 7.5
PD010 (Min V) = 8; using 8 / 2 = 4
PD141 (Motor Nameplate V) = 220; using 110 (Motor Nameplate V)
PD142 (Motor Nameplate A) = 8; using 11 (Nameplate A = 15, but PD142 is limited to 11)
PD143 (Motor Pole) = 2;
PD144 (Max RPM) = 3000; 24,000 @ 400Hz ~= 3000 @ 50Hz

Are these reasonable settings based on 110V @ 60Hz Main Feed? Or, am I too concerned about the details!
