Amada C02 laser cutting/ Need Help

I'm new to this site and not sure if I'm posting this in the correct place.

I have an Amada C02 4000 watt metal laser cutting machine. It's set up and has been cutting for a while but we are struggling with getting some momentum.
Hoping to find someone on the training side to help cut more efficiently and get through situations where errors occur, cut conditions, etc. I'm also looking for someone that can come occasionally as needed for the maintenance side of things. Separate people obviously. Overall, the machine is in good shape with many parts updated/ replaced. So again, we can cut but just want to get over the hump so to speak. We've had Amada come in and make some repairs and update the machine, just looking for a more affordable solution as their focus is fiber lasers these days.
Located in Northern Nevada about 40 minutes south of Reno, NV. I know there are a handful of guys in the CA in the Bay area or SoCal, just having trouble connecting with someone that's actually on the level where they can handle maintenance and repairs. Someone on the training side would be great too. Just hoping to network here because this seems to be one of the best places to do it. Any help, advice, leads would be very much appreciated. Thanks in advance.

Amada has a training center near Chicago. Very knowledgeable people with years of experience. I have been through a few on site training sessions with them.

This looks like that you're on the right track with your Amada CO2 laser. Networking here is a great idea—there are definitely experienced techs and trainers out there who can help optimize your cutting process. Have you tried reaching out to independent CNC/laser specialists in the Reno or NorCal area? Hope you find the right support soon.

You're in the right place. Plenty of experienced folks here—hopefully, someone nearby can assist with training and maintenance. Networking here is smart. Best of luck getting dialed in!
