    Question Sodick AQ750L E00340:This Axis Over Travel Switch or Abnormal Temperature Of Motor

    Hello, my dear friends.
    My 2004 model Sodick AQ750L machine has “E00340:This Axis Over Travel Switch or Abnormal Temperature Of Motor Was Detected” fault. What should I do about it? Does anyone have any information?

    did you ever find a solution to this? i have a Sodick Ag40L that is throwing the same fault in x axis.

    Yess, 1 cable was broken on the u-axis

    Remove the bellows in the image and check the cables right next to the axis slides. I solved the problem this way. I found one cable that had been cut after getting stuck in the axis slides.
