OKUMA LU15 OSP7000L 1377 ALARM Door open close answer Error

    Hello Everyone,

We have a OKUMA LU15 Machine. We have a problem. There is an error. It is "1377 ALARM Door Open Close Answer". When we turn off and turn on machine, normally we could open the door in the past. Now we can't open the door. When the door is closed, There is CCC1C signal but there is no DRCL signal. When I push Close button, DRCL is on, and after about 10 second there is the error 1377 ALARM. When I try to open the door with Push button, I can open it. DOOR INTERLOCK Key is 0 position. I attached some photos for our machine. What can i do? I'm waiting for your help. Thank you.

The Door Close Sensor might be broken, need to replace with a new one.

Thank you for answer. We checked the Door Close switch, It looks good. But there may be problem on IO cards or relay.

You can check I/O status of all switches or sensors in the CHECK DATA pages

Ask it here, answer it here. That's what this forum is for, to get the information out to anybody that needs it, not to hide it in a PM.

    Hello everyone,

We fixed the problem. In the past, We used different floppy disk so we saw different error and signals. Then We uploaded the original machine disk. Then We changed door switch too. Everything looks good. Thank you so much for everyone.

Re: OKUMA LU15 OSP7000L 1377 ALARM Door open close answer Error

The OKUMA LU15 machine tool error "1377 ALARM Door Open Close Answer" you described is usually caused by the door lock system failing to receive the correct feedback signal within the set time. Judging from the signal situation you provided, the problem may be caused by a door lock sensor failure, mechanical stagnation, loose feedback signal line, or abnormal input module. It is recommended to check the relevant signal changes through the I/O screen to confirm whether there is a feedback signal after the door is closed; at the same time, check whether the door lock mechanism is misaligned or worn. If necessary, you can temporarily test the jumper under the supervision of a technician, but it is not recommended to bypass the door lock system for a long time. If it still cannot be resolved, it is recommended to contact Okuma official technical support to further troubleshoot the PLC ladder diagram or parameter setting problems.
