You're close.
Someone used (very) bad judgment in running a NEW POST PROCESSOR on their machine without testing it first, crashed it, and is now trying to blame Mastercam for it.
then you get your mastercam and put in the post for your machine and procede to put shiny new tool marks on your new cast iron table.
I mean, if an individual is foolish enough to run BRAND NEW CODE on their machine without even looking at it first, that's not a design problem, that's an operator problem.
