I have completed the first step in new nesting software “Part Nester Pro” for cabinets. It will work with a CSV file and DXF files created from a kitchen design package. You can open the csv file and all the dxf files linked to the csv file will be nested on to specified material. After the parts are nested you can save the nested sheets to a dxf drawing. One dxf file for each sheet. The original dxf layers are retained. There is still a lot of options to be added. The biggest part to add is the output of cutting files based on the layers in the dxf files.

You can also nest parts by entering the length and width of your parts and save the nested parts as a dxf drawing.

CabinetPartspro has an Update V8.
Cabinetpartspro includes 3 modules: Cabinetpartspro, PartNester and CabinetCad
Cabinetpartspro calculates cabinet parts based on the size of the cabinet box. It produces layered dxf drawing for the parts of the cabinets entered. The dxf drawing includes all the machining features such as shelf holes, dados… .

PartNester will nest and tool path the dxf drawings.
CabinetCad gives you the ability to add or modify the nested dxf parts.

Changes include:
New look
Creates Layered dxf files for nesting
Better nesting
Corner cabinets
Separate settings for each cabinet type
Allows different material for each part
Creates a layered dxf drawing for each part
Nesting shows all cutting features
Setup toolpath template for each layer in the dxf drawings
Ability to add features to the drawings

ryan has also added corner cabinets to the program, i have yet to try it on machine but so far it looks fantastic, thanks ryan

Thanks to Gary Campbell and Nat Wheatly( From Shopbots Forum) for all your help and suggestions. Below is a list of added and improved features. If you would like to have a new feature please let me know. One of the new features is the User Options. This option will allow you to add any feature you would like with VB Scripting. If you would like to use the VB Scripting send me an email and will help get you started.
You will need to uninstall before installing this update.

I downed fhe free version and give it a try but every time it's giving the
mesage "runtime error 13 type mismatch" and I have seen its metric to
but how it converts when I type 80 and use the metric button is it then 80 cm I'll hope somebody has a solution for it.
