WOW - You can stop coding anytime!
It looks great. A nice interface + I really like the choice of display modes too.
Takes a moment to sort out some of the "old stuff" we'd gotten used to, but NICE- Thanks heaps Paul!
    Cheers - Jim

Just for my curiosity, how would I create a search for all of today's threads? Without wildcards, what do you use for a search parameter?
First you get good, then you get fast. Then grouchiness sets in.

This is going to take some getting used to!
Imagine my surpise when I hit update to get new messages and I was told that I wasn't logged in. Had to go lookup my password just to get in.

    Hi guys well done!

This is the same format at my home page site I frequent so now it's familier to navigate! (gettin old so my feeble mind can cope better )

One "feature" I miss from the old layout is the "Daily Posts" button....

Not sure how hard it would be to include but would make "browsing" easier for me as I surf around a bit and the new format only lets me see "New Posts" one or two refreshes then decides I've seen em all!

(just edited my bookmark for "New Posts" and it seems ok now !)

    Thanks Paul !

Another thing that's common with this software version are the "pop up bubbles" when you hover over anything on a page.

Usually this is an IE feature that can be turned off but here and my home site it's a server side thing... just wondering if a poll of users is needed to see if people would like it turned off.

well I like the new look, very clean and bright. I do miss some of the quick link buttons though, I feel kind of lost. But Paul mentioned he will be adding them in soon so I can live without the buttons for the time being.

    Nice job Paul.

    You've done well.

Thanks Six for the Get Daily link. I would be lost without it.

I would have thought it was just a matter of having a new button and posting this as a hyperlink http://cnczone.com/forums/search.php?do=getdaily

    This link does work.

I bet your stressing at this moment trying to get all the old hacks back into this new installation. I recon it would be like doing a clean install of windows and having to reload all the drivers and support programs that you have come to rely on in the past.
