    Nylon 6/6 Internal Threads

    I understand that I have to use an over-sized tap to create threads in Nylon 6/6. Is there a rule of thumb to choose over-sized taps?

    Another option for creating accurate threads would be to heli-coil the holes.
    No time to do it right, plenty of time to do it twice.
