    What kind of chucking system do you use? There's an autochuck that uses Swiss collets that hold close to .0002 repeatedly. They typically are used on CNC round tool grinders. The collets are popped out are held in the nose piece
    by a ring that allows you to twist it push out the collet and go back to grinding in less than 15 seconds. One shop I saw had it in their 10 CNCs and swore by it. They make carbide, HSS and stainless tools.

    Chucking system

    I don't know what a chucking system is. I have a CAT 50 collet holder with a hex nut on it.
