I'm with peu, you definitely need better videos.

Also why on earth would you only have a 3500rpm spindle on this machine?!?!?!?!?! get some better bearings in it and change the reduction to allow at least twice that number! The primary end mills used on machines this small is most likely 1/4" - 3/8" or smaller. I can honestly say I would not buy your machine because of the limited spindle rpms...
