Looks great. I designed something just like that before, but only ever made the disk and sensor mount. One problem ive had with the disk with the single hole is its not optimal for speed sensing. Its closed about 98% of the rotation and only open about 2%. Ive been looking into how to fix this for when I finally get some time. I believe the best solution would be to mill half the disk so it would be open 50% and closed 50%.

    Nice design Adam,
I hear ya on the disk, I've seen others that were open 90% and only had a 10% tab left.
I went with what Cnc4pc diagram shows for the C3, hopefully it works since it's
pretty well balanced but we'll see.
I have a portable laser tachometer to compare the output.

Good news, the disk works with the small hole.
Spent a lot of time troubleshooting when it wouldn't even give a signal on the diagnostics page.
Opened up the back of the console only to find out some yahoo had hooked up the C3 output to the wrong C10 input# a few weeks ago.
    Good to go now.
Checked the Spindle Speed Averaging box under config after the video and it gave a more stable rpm output.
Was too late to get into the threading stuff, just went thru mach turn and set up some of the config settings.

The washer in the pic is holding the disk 1/8 from the head while I mounted it so
it lined up on the center of the bracket.
