Somebody posted a really nice fish .dxf that I had to cut.
To the person who posted it thank you. I had to re-draw to make it work for me and my machine but I think it turned out pretty nice. Again thank you.... for the great Fish. I think Weldtutor also made a nice fish and I am thinking about cutting that one too.
mlind,
Your fish sign looks good!

I'm looking for a small toy size crossbow plans like you might use for rubberband guns anyone have any dxfs or plans for anything like that?
Here is a neat plan, in pdf, for a rubber band gun.

The drawing is free although he requests a donation if you find his plans useful.
I'm not aware of a conversion for pdf to dxf, but would be a simple re-draw in cad.

These wind spinners were CNC plasma arc cut from 20 gauge steel.
Each is given a 1/2 twist in the centre section.

Nice Pike, is that burned in with a laser?
Dan
Thanks, I enjoyed drawing & cutting the spinners.
The fine looking fishing sign (and poetry) you recently posted, reminded me of my most successful fishing trip.
It was overnight (14 hours) in a windblown ice fishing hut with a smelly oil stove for warmth.
Lots of fish..........
All really big.........
That's the truth.......:violin:
Perhaps this attachment would be appropriate.![]()
If anyone has a dxf or whatever of a riflestock or plans for a crossbow i would appreciate it greatly. I am going to size it down and it is going to shoot rubbertipped arrows so it will be smaller than a regular rifle when i'm thru so any rifle stock vectors would work.
I'm also stuck on a firing mechanism, so if anyone has any advice i'd like to hear it....thanks
Here is a pdf for a crossbow plan I found on the internet. Not sure it will help
Dan
thanks teamtexas for that, it will get me started for sure. There is a lot of good info in it but if anyone else has anything please post also.
Hi Weldtutor,
I was born and raised up North and I remember the smelly oil stoves and the darkhouses. Of course the fish were always BIG and PLENTIFUL. You an trust me on that..... WHy there was one that was so big I had to get a bulldozer to help haul him in. Too bad the camera wasn't working but you can ask my buddy about it... ;-)
