    What is your router doing?

I was bored and surfing the Arduino when I came across some Eagle files for the single sided serial version of the board using the Atmega168. I downloaded the files and cleaned them up and routed a board. I screwed up on the positioning of the PCB and lost the very end trace but it turned out quite well.
The bit used was from percisionbits.

Looks good. Were all the traces supposed to be the same width?

All I did to the brd file was delete the dotted traces in the bottom layer as I really do not think a dotted trace would be very effective. They were used to mark off areas of the board. Other than that it is exactly as they posted it on their web site.

The dotted traces = polygons. You have to click the ratsnest buttonto "fill" them in on screen. Have a look at the before and after images when I clicked the ratsnest button. I checked and you have all the signals, just not the larger pours that includes the GND and 5V. Not too big a deal really.

http://www.arduino.cc/en/Main/Arduin...alSingleSided3 has the files in case anyone else wants them.

I set it to 30 in the pcb-gcode output but I bumped it up to 36 in mach3.
Jay can you take a close look at the traces around the AVR pads, they do not look very clean (straight). I wonder if they are a result of a setting in pcb-gcode or a problem with my router.
I might try the board with a different bit tonight.
