    High speed head

    I'm looking to add a couple of newer used fadals to my department, however I would like 10,000 plus for spindle speed . Does anyone now when Fadal started to offer the higher speed head?

    If you mean a 10,000 rpm spindle, Fadal has had a 10K spindle as a standard on most model sine day one way back in 1982. There is an alternate of 7500 RPM on certain models and an option of 15,000 rpm on the larger models since the early 90s.
