hi guys. newbie post here.

i have a plotter i bought off ebay but am having real trouble getting it to work.

i have installed it on my PC with Vista using Flexi8 software and i have installed all the drivers but cant get it to work.

i have also installed the divers onto my Mac, and have Corel draw and Illustrator, are there any free plugins i can use to make either of those compatible with my plotter so i can send things to cut straight from them?

Its really frustrating me not being able to cut! Also, i tested the machine with the 'test' button but the blade is far far too low and just rips the vinyl. how do i change this?

How we can help you if we do not know plotter model, how it looks? Also will be helpful if you will put link to eBay seller
