    Depaneling PCBs

I am after some advice on depaneling PCBs.
I have some 2.55mm PCB milling bits (see attached photo) and would some information on their use.
    I will be working with 1.5mm, 2.5mm and 3mm FR4 material.
I would like to know a ballpark feed and spindle speed or chip loading for this type of bit?
    What death of cut?
Can i pocket (half way through the board) with these bits?
Is the PCB mounted on a spoil board that is cut through at the same time or is it held mid air by the sides and use breakouts to retain the board through the routing process? I like the mid air idea as you can use different parts of the cutting edge of the router bit over time including right up near the shank. Therefore bits will last longer as the same area is not used all the time for cutting.

Thanks for any info that can be provided.

The image shows diamond cut chip breaker routers.

These animals are ususally associated with routing finished boards out of the panel.

Ball park speed and feed rates... well at 2.5mm diameter and standard rade FR4 ( cutting speed 150m/min) spindle speed should be 20KRPM and a linear feed rate 1200mm/min.

    Thanks Zig.
