I know it's been asked a million times

Looking at finally getting a cnc router, I want at least a 24"x 24" setup
I was looking at this one on ebay
CNC Router Engrave Milling Machine 24x49 Ball Screw - eBay (item 130476965722 end time Jan-25-11 17:54:07 PST)
I was looking at the k2cnc, but those out of my budget.
I did a search here but could not find any info about this machine

    tlyee63,
In the machine description it states that the Y & Z Axis' use unsupported rails. Unsupported rails are not as "rigid" and more prone to flex than supported rails. I don't know this machine but those are a weak link. I suppose it depends upon what you plan on cutting with your machine. Also, depending upon the "thickness" of your cutting table (which you'll have to add), your Z-Axis travel will be reduced by that amount.
Just my observations. Perhaps someone who has or is familiar with this machine will chime in.

    Randy,
    I may not be good....
