    Problem With Solid Fillet

I've drawn a solid 3-D model without stitching surfaces or stitching solids. I can't seem to fillet some of the edges. Any suggestions on what to try?

Well, try stitching it... I think it has to be a solid to do a solid fillet. You need to form a solid out of the surfaces, then you should be able to fillet.

I created the part from a solid and removed sections of it to create the part . my thinking was that it would eliminate any imperfections stiching surfaces or joining solids together. The customer is anxious and I am at a standstill ! I just get failed in solid fillit error. It seems it is when a section tapers into the part because it did work in some places. Sorry about the delay, I was away.

If this is in v23, post the file or PM me and I can help. If it is in another version, good luck (I only have v23).
