i am looking for a 2 inch diameter penny head & tail, in 3d, to engrave about .02" deep. I have a few brass mirror slugs from the lazer and would love to put them in the showcase instead of the scrap barrel....
    thanks as always.....

    Sure nice work, looks beautiful.

Really like the way they are designing for customer comfort with plenty of space.
Here in the US they would have at least 3 likely 4 tables in that same space.

Nice work -- but I'm wondering how many 'over-sized' customers
    sink into the groves/slots???

A "True" machinist loves it when they say: "That can't be Made"!!!

1.st you cut out the lamells, depending on how long it is going to be you have to find out how many you need.

2.nd you have to calculate the radius on the corner for it to add up 90'

3.rd you design the stand for the corner.

Its kinda easy if you start on paper, we always do that, it is mush easier
that way, just start drodeling, and don't be afraid of rejecting an idea, or change it, we have had a ton of ideas and not all of them are doable.

Good luck! And if you need help do not be afraid of asking, that is what we learn from.

Could you explain where the notched rectangle parts in the last image goes? I went back to the previous post and can't see where those go: Restaraunt benches

By the way, thanks for sharing!

    Sorry about that

My mistake, this is for the arc only.
if you see at this picture, you have 2 without slots, they go on the backside of the lamels, you glue and screw them.
then you have 3 of each, the rectangle and the 2 curbs with slots in them,
thats the "stand on" for the corner, for the straight ones you do the same only straight. then you screw them from the top.
I'll take a picture to day so you can see it clearer.
Not to god to explain this, but I hope you see it a little better from the pictures.

And its a pleasure to shear if we can learn something from oneandother.

Hello All, I have just reached the point of getting my plasma table working and now I' m to the point of learning how to covert images to DXF'S. In the intern could I impose on someone to help me convert this Cessna 337 image to a DXF?
I want to give it as a present and doubt I'll be up to speed quick enough.
I have been trying Inkscape and Corel9. I know there is some clean of work after the trace but most of mine are not even close. Either picture will do just pick the one that produces the best outline for plasma.
Thanks for your help as I have leaned much for this site....
