Today I try running NVEM V2 with EC500 plugins.
It's work great, Connection is very easy and fast.
The machine run smoothly but auto square using A axis slave to Y axis still not working.

Hello,
can someone send me the new driver with the fixes on Limit and Homing switches? NVEM Driver _P (Released 23/05/2017)
Thanks.
Hi! I also want to get the fixed version of the DLL for NVEM v1. Are there any plans from the developer to make these corrections or I can forget about it and do not longer communicate with the controllers of this company?
please subscribe to my youtube channel.. i just posted on my G-code CNC PCB milling https://youtu.be/CNIyHB7awX4

I am running a USB NVUM4-SP using Windows 10.
Could you please send me a copy of the latest .dll and/or driver?
Is the latest still the NVEM Driver _P (Released 23/05/2017)?
Thanks in advance
Hi everybody,
I have got (unfortunately) NVEM V2 ETH controller. Two days ago I tried to connect to it - with success. Motor Nema23 worked fine. But yesterday ma controller can't connect to ethernet.
Two diodes orange and green flash about 7-8 second and stop for 1 second. On PC I have connection for 7-8 second and after this time connection stops.
Has anybody the same situation with NVEM?
Thanks for any answer.
I also need help with NVEM V2 ETH controller.
It does not connect to my router. I have tried different LAN ethernet cables with no success.
And when I check the log of the router no request for an IP has been received.
Anyone had similar problems?
Thank you

Some issues found in my board:
- Homing / Limits -> The NVEM v2 controller can home two axis, the third axis get a "limit trigger" error. (Configured like the manual, just the positive limit trigger "X++; Y++; Z++;")
- Spindle -> Mine NVEM v2 cannot set the right speed in Spindle, I checked the VSO output, I was getting 10.37V in 24k RPM. When i set 15k RPM in Mach3, I get 14.1k RPM in the Spindle.
- Spindle 02 -> Very very slow ramp up. About 30 sec to get from 0V to 10V.
- Probing -> Just Impossible to probe with this board, it's even difficult to explain how the probe is erratic.
- SoftLimits -> don't work as well.
Was a little difficult to configure in Mach, but you have to "allow the program to get internet connection" it's a setting in Windows Firewall. Configure the IP Address correctly and boom, it works.
But these issues above get us crazy.
Plugins tested:
NVEM v2 is original, with "Lollete" stick.
https://www.nvcnc.net/pdf/Novusun.rar -> Downloaded here.
https://www.nvcnc.net/pdf/EC500-DLL_V1.rar -> Downloaded here (Told by DigitalDream that plugins works because EC500 is a updated of NVEM)
Hello, I am thinking of using a DC Motor Spindle. I want to use NVBDL+ as the Spindle Driver and NVEM as the CNC Breakout Board.
I want to control the Spindle Speed with PWM.
What is the appropriate connection between NVBDL+ and NVEM?
I haven't been able to follow this thread for quite a while but I see an EC500 came out and a DigitalDream developer suggested to use the EC500 driver on the NVEM V2...
My question is , is there anybody out there who has been able to use Soft Limits/slow zones and Slave Axis with either the NVEM V1, V2 or EC500 , or are they still selling those boards with un-fixed drivers ?
Have they even fixed the 'Limits Override' problem at all ?
Cheers
Miky
Buy this cnc controller: https://www.amazon.es/gp/product/B07...?ie=UTF8&psc=1.
I can't get the axis movement to work with the keyboard or with the mach 3 MPG module.
if I remove the Novusun.dll plugin it works, but the controller does not communicate with mach 3.
if you are connecting directly to the computer you need to change the network adapter on the computer to static IP 192.168.1.11
