I don't mean to open a can of worms here, but.
I just checked with the NFL and they stated that while their LOGO'S are COPYRIGHTED. They can be used by individuals for non-monetary purposes. To use them for any purpose where monetary gains or uses are involved a licensing fee has to be paid. Just remember though that we are talking about LARGE SUMS of MONEY HERE.

This is true. I made a table on our laser, but I don't intend to sell it so...... why would they care? I drew it.....

    Conversion Question

Most of everything I've seen on the trace conversions looks like hell. Do you guys have to clean up the images in Autocad or another program?

    Question File Conversion Quality

Some converted files posted look like that hot spot (flame2) skipper_52 makes reference to & require cleaning up.

I have used a number of the files that members have generously shared, for plasma arc cutting, without having to do any changes.
The Canadian flag, snowman, gingerbread man etc. are some examples of excellent quality conversions, & there are others.

These resources certainly are appreciated & we can always choose the ones which meet our needs or make the necessary changes.

There have been nearly 3/4 of a million views of this thread with a much smaller quantity of files shared.
    Just think if everyone ..............???

Well it depends on the trace program your using as to the results you will get. If you want to spend 10,000.00 for a program that will do it that is great, most of what is used here is free ware. So you have to put in a little clean up time. Also the simplicity of the picture the better the results on the free ware. Since Switcher's dxf add on to Inkscape iv been very happy with the results.

    This is just my opinion.

    Dirty in Dirty out

That answers my question. Cleanup is necessary. I couldn;t understand how a dxf file with those many line would ever cut anything that looked decent.
