:drowning: Phil:
I dont know, sometimes the motor seems step back. It turns, but sometimes it step back...
What could be worng? Or it´s just the Buton "noise" ?
Sorry for today, dude![]()

there is a picture:
Thanks guys, I abused today... Really sorry...
I suspect it's switch bounce ("button noise") which I would expect with no debounce circuit, although I would expect extra steps but all in the same direction. Is the motor stepping in just on direction? Do you have a jumper on the direction jumper selection? If not that's probably the issue.
Phil
Phil:
I have 2 jumpers, one on pin 5-GND (JP1) and other on DIRECTION jumper... I don´t know what is going on. I made al the tests...
I send ya a Video now (470 k - no sound), damn... I was going so nice...
When I get home I'll up an image of my controller setup, I just finished it, and its nice! step/dir in two 16f84's driving upto 4 4phase outpouts. I still have like 2-3 extra par port i/o pins for extra stuff not including the home switches. I've made a relay switch setup for turning on a rotory tool. I'm looking at adding a solid state relay for my motor's power but the relay is to big. The box I'm using is tiny. I'll have pictures up tonight on this post. I'm hoping to have my machine up and running by this weekend

Regarding the jumpers. JP2 is the direction jumper, it has 3 pins you need to install a jumper from the middle pin to one of the others. A momentary switch on pin 5 of JP1 to gnd would be you step switch. By grounding pin 3 of JP1 or leaving it open will change the direction. See attached:

It´s hard to see, Phill...
I am making a "LED board" to "see" the FETs atuation...
I will send a new video soon, you may not have the codec...
I will try a standard codec.
Phil:
I did what you sad.
What i see is:
Most part of steps are OK;
Any steps seems that the motor step back and then go a step, like back-and-go
I bought more parts do make another one today, i didn´t sleep yet!
I want to see this motor move like a TURBINE ! hehehe
Thanks dude, now i will sleep 1 hour then start my LED board.
I amm still trying to shrink the video (its 6Mega now)
Ito,
The key is to make sure you have a jumper on that 3 pin jumper block.
Phil
:drowning: Hey, see my board details and write in it, please, i gess i have to wire something more... The black-white wires asre from my switch.
Phil:
Red LED come and go now...
Ito,
Your doing ok. The RED led (led2) will go on and off if the probe isn't hooked to anything. If you want to keep it off, hook the probe pad to gnd. You have a jumper across the direction selection and I assume your red and white wire to to a switch. If so, your there dude. (the white jumper from JP1 pin 3 to JP1 will hold the direction to one rotation for testing.
Thats a really nice looking board comming from the jungle!
Phil
can you take a picture of the whole board? I don't understand the blue wires.
Phil
Phil: It´s gree wire, i did 2 wires per "bridge" just because. As you see, I am an advertizer i i had to make some "modifications" (nothing functional).
It´s a PCB-Mod from the jungle! hahahhahahaha!
Thanks for help!
The Red LED wasn´t blinking until today. I ges there is something wrong, then i started to build other PCB right now. I am making the holes...
Don't worry about the red led blinking, it's ok, no problem.
Phil
:drowning: hey, there is something REALLY wrong in my PCB!
Watch the movie !!!!!!!
Help please!!!!!!
Ito,
I'm not sure why you think there is something wrong. You can't rely on the LED sequence because of switch bounce from a mechanical sequence.
Phil
So do you think it´s ok?
Is the board working good?
I just finished the holes of the second one...
I think it's ok.
 Well, So i will start to build a Break out to test on a computer.
The second one will be finished today.
Thanks Phil ! You are the King
