Attachment 328534The new Z mounting plate adapter for the Hitachi has worked great George. It allows better use of shorter bits, like carbon fibre diamond cut.

The only drawback cutting CF with the Hitachi is the downwash from the fan, you really have to mask off the area, I used a HEPA vacuum to keep things in check. I looked around for deflector plates, but a lot of them seemed to cause heating and restricted airflow issues, so I cut this one out of HDPE, two-sided milling, fortunately the machine is accurate enough that everything lined up perfectly after flipping.

Yes the extra mount no for the machines makes it a lot easier to reach table and also a lot easier to align spindle.

Will you offer the option of colored pieces?
    Costs?

New Profile will be back by next week now as they had to tweak the die a bit . All the rest of machine is done and ready . i don’t know about anodizing yet. Most are now getting done in their own city for less than can get done here .With profile being 7 pounds a foot the place i was using would become expensive unless anodized before cutting it .But profile is machined after so can’t get anodized before that. But all will be on new site shortly

Looking forward to these profiles being ready. Planning on having everything hard annodized for extra durability. George, how do your guys charge for anodizing? The guys I know charge a flat rate for each frame they wire up. Weights never been an issue before, unless the parts are too big for the tank. How much would they charge anyway? My guy guesstimated about $200-$300 for a Demon frame.

Hard anodizing you will have to cover rail slots and pocket ledges .
$150 most places charge for min. you can get lots of little parts or big parts done if same piece.
its all parts are different and have to hang all different . Longer to set up .
    Most were anodized here before

If so do you plan to offer a 4x4 machine, say 50" x 50"?

    Thank you for your time.

Those machines in vid are a customer that set up himself.

I do sell the complete machine other than wiring kits or do you mean turnkey
But i will have wiring kits soon.
The Mini Raptors are starting to be sold turnkey at this time and will move to larger machines.

The 50x50 machines will also be ready for sale next week with Predator machines

    Hi George.

    Sorry, I did mean Turnkey.
However, the kits are great--I assume there are assembly instructions available as
these new machines are a different design from you previous machines.

Thank you for the updates. I will be watching your site.

    Cheers!

Yes, machines come unassembled for shipping. Shipping price is less than half the price of set up machine also.
Machines for some is a little harder to set up and lots set up without using the instructions they say. Everything has a ledge or something to hold it is spot and be square without any gauges . New style Predator or Demon will need a little more adjusting than the Raptor and Raptor Mini .
But setting up machine yourself you will learn everything you will ever need to know about machine and always know how to fix any problem with machine.
